◆教会にいる人って誰のこと？◆

私の友である教会リーダーや牧師の方々へ。

“教会”は、この世的な意味でのビジネス会社でもなければ多国籍企業でもありません。いわんや教会は、ゴッドファーザーをトップに戴くマフィア組織でもありません。そして、教会の中に“存在している”人々は、私たちの顧客でもなければ、寄り集まった何人かでもありません。全く違います。彼らは、私たちの家族の一人一人なのです。ですから私たちは、彼らに仕えることによって、主に仕えなければならないのです。

To my fellow leaders and pastors: Church is not a business or a multinational corporation in a worldly sense, nor is the church a mafia organisation with godfathers on top. And those who "are" in the church are not our customers, digits or numbers, not at all--they are our family members, and we have to serve the Lord by serving them.
