◆神の力とは？◆

結局のところ、イエス・キリストが関心をお持ちになるのは、私たちの“信仰深さ”ではなく、“慈しみの心”です。信仰深さは“敬虔”というかたちをとって表れますが、それはしばしば本当の神様の力を拒みます。この力とはなんでしょうか？　それが“慈しみ”であり“愛”なのです！　神が礼拝され、あがめられるのは、私たちが単に信仰心から事を行うときではなく、それが純粋な愛からなされるときです。

In the end, Jesus Christ is not interested in our religiosity, but our charity. Religiosity may have the form of godliness, but it often denies the real power of God. What is this power? Charity! Love! God is not worshipped when we do things out of a mere sense of religiosity, but rather out of genuine love.
