より多く祈ったからと言って、私たちが自分から進んで犯し続ける“悔い改めざる罪”を埋め合わせることにはなりません。

絶え間なく祈り続けているだけで、結果的に、私たちの内なる生活の中で、どれほどの悪しきことを避け得ているか、誰も知ることはできません。
イエス様、悪しきことを正すために、私たちはあなたを待ち望んでいます。

Praying more does not compensate for un-repented sins that we deliberately continue to commit.

We cannot know what evils we have avoided in our inner lives simply as the result of consistent prayer.
Jesus, we long for You to make wrong things right.
