ダビデは、礼拝と賛美を絶えることなくご自身にささげる心を、主が待ち望んでおられることをよく知っていました。古（いにしえ）の僧たちのように、心して、礼拝と賛美の中で私たちの心を神にささげ、神の炎が自分のうちに赤々と燃え続けるようにすることは、私たちの責任です。

David understood that the Lord longed for hearts that would continually offer Him worship and praise. Like the priests of old, it is our responsibility to make sure that we continually offer our hearts to Him in worship and adoration to keep the fire of God burning brightly within us.
