 信仰、希望、忍耐、そして敬虔の持つ力強く、美しく、生き生きとした力の全ては、祈りのない人生の中では、萎（な）えて、死んだようになってしまう。一人一人の信仰者の生活、その個人的な救い、キリスト者としての恵みは、”祈り”の中に、その存在と、開花と、結実を持っているのだ。
