◆終わり …じゃない命◆

私たちはいつも“終わり”と隣り合わせている。「週の終わり（週末）」「月の終わり（月末）」「年の終わり（年末）」「学期の終わり（学期末）」。いつも、「終わり、終わり、終わり」。だが、神に感謝すべきかな。神は、“長い命”で我らの願いを満たそうとしておられる。その命は“終わり”がない、永久に続く命なのだ。（Ｄ．Ｌ．ムーディー）
